While we were waiting for summer to appear, we have been busy improving our lavender oil distillation area. This wonderful structure was built and designed by our friend Patrick and fits in perfectly with the farm. Now rain or shine-distilling will be a more comfortable experience for all! We hope you will join us for the distilling demos Lavender Weekend (July 15, 16 & 17, 2011)! This is a great opportunity to see the still work and get all of your questions answered!

Not only to enjoy all the great entertainment, food and unique vendors, but to come and help us celebrate our 15th Anniversary! Here is the link to the Good Morning America Weekend Window segment on Purple Haze Lavender Farm in Sequim yesterday in case you missed it or want to see it again….they did a beautiful job of showing just how peaceful and pretty the lavender fields can be!

Earlier this summer Good Morning America visited Purple Haze Lavender and interviewed our owner Mike Reichner and took some great footage of the farm!  The segment is scheduled to air this coming weekend on GMA’s Sunday Morning program in their Weekend Window segment.  They also stopped by Olympic Lavender and Jardin du Soleil while here in Sequim, as well as visiting some of the local points of interest  in and around the Olympic Peninsula.   So grab a cup of coffee and check out our “little piece of heaven” this Sunday Morning!
